Refund policy

We have a 14-calendar-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bledbled.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit, you can request a size exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will send you the new size at no extra cost within the Netherlands.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item. For international exchanges, all shipping costs (return and new item) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
